Corinthian Lodge No. 44
Ossining, New York( 3rd Masonic District)
These are 10 different ways that any Lodge, Chapter, Consistory or Council including organizations, can be harmed by the behavior of its members- intentionally or inadvertently.
1. Staying away from meetings or organization events. Then these members show up at meetings only if, they have a problem or want to complain about an issue. (We need all of the Contributions of Brothers and Sisters no matter how small or how big)
2. Decline office or appointment to any committee. Then these members get angry if they are not nominated. (We need the leadership that all of our members can bring to the organization)
3. Insist on always describing the organization in negative terms only.
(I strongly believe that we can make our organizations betters by our efforts)
4. Never prepare an agenda, never plan the details of an event, and never coordinate with affiliates. But these members always seem to criticize the outcome of the functions. (We need to work as a team!!!)
5. Never take part in any work of the organization, if they can avoid it. Then, when the few dedicated Brothers or Sisters pitch in and get the job done, accuse them of being part of a clique.(There is no ”I” in Team, We need to learn to work together for the betterment of our organizations)
6. If these members do attend a meeting, don't speak until the meeting is finished. Then, criticize and say how things should have been handled. (We all have a voice)
7. Oppose all new programs bought before the organization as being a waste of the membership's time and money but offer no new ideas of their own.( We must all adapt to the changing times to become better and to insure our future)
8. When nothing new happens in the organization, then these members complain that the officers lack any vision or imagination.
(We need input from all of our members to enhance our vision)
9. These members read their communications infrequently or attend meetings. Then they complain that they do not know what is going on in the organization. (We need to take part and be involved)
10. These members never introduce themselves to new members or visitors –But expect everyone to come to them. (We need to practice Brotherly and Sisterly Love)

You are so much on point it is scary, but lets me know that My Lodge is not the only Lodge going through this childish stuff.
I wonder what did those brothers who are not as dedicated to the Principles of our Order. Drama is thier only pleasure, harmony their enemy.
